NSW Labor leader Michael Daley has stepped aside after his party’s loss at Saturday’s state election. Unsurprisingly, his job was immediately taken by an Asian with a PhD.
Almost all jobs in Sydney are now held by Asians with PhDs.
“It’s part of a worrying trend – predicted by Mr Daley last year – in which well-educated people are taking the jobs usually reserved for those with family or old school connections,” a spokesperson for Mr Daley said.
“Asians with PhDs need to learn that the proper way to get a job is by cultivating a network of rich white mates that you met at the polo”.
Many are worried that the new leader may be over-qualified for a career in politics.
