Dutton Moves His Childcare Centres To Nauru To Avoid Any Conflict

Peter Dutton moved his childcare clients to Nauru last night, in an attempt to circumvent any contravention of section 44 of the Constitution.

Mr Dutton released a statement this morning saying the children will be well looked after there.

“Nauru is great for kids – we’ve got amazing facilities there. Parents can rest assured that their children will be safe and secure. Although unfortunately they won’t be coming back to Australia”.

Previously the government paid up to $15,000 per child per year to the childcare centers – under the constitution an MP cannot receive government funding for their business. The government will now pay $400,000 a year to house each child on Nauru.
