Friends Spend All Night Perfecting Selfie, As Memento Of Amazing Night

Saying “One more, one more!” a group of Sydney friends spent Saturday night getting that perfect shot, so they could remember how incredible their night out had been, and share the experience with jealous friends.

Being careful to take enough pictures, just in case the first few hundred weren’t quite right, the friends at one point asked another patron at the nightclub to take a photo ‘just to be sure’. Once they were satisfied they had ‘the’ shot, they moved to a seated area to edit the picture and then post it on a range of social media outlets.

“It was just an awesome night,” said Haley Cook. “As you can see on our faces, we just had so much fun. It was a total adventure – what a pity you weren’t there”.

The perfect photo in less than four days? Kim and Kanye would be proud.

Well, originally a selfie was a snapshot that was taken whimsically. Making a science out of it and getting third parties involved is not really the idea of a SELFie, is it? But if it’s fun, then it’s fun. Name it what you like.

I know! These girls just don’t get it. Even though it is so obvious…
