George Bush Shows Off Portraits Of John Howard And Tony Blair

George Bush satire

Since leaving office four years ago, former US President George W Bush has turned his attention to painting, experimenting with a diverse range of  different styles. But it is the portraits of his pets that have drawn the most attention.

Mr Bush posted a painting of his Scottish Terrier Barney on his Facebook page earlier this year. Now he is in the final stages of completing portraits of his other beloved pets John Howard and Tony Blair. “I know these little guys so well,” he said. “They came in and sat obediently in my office while I painted them. I gave them a few treats when I was done. They wagged their little tails”.

Mr Bush says he is a big believer in life-long learning. He is planning to take up English classes soon.

Hope he doesn’t overdo it. It was hard enough when he was President of the USA, to accomplish things.

He forgot the ever present “Brown-Nose” on each of them.
